Terms of Service

Welcome to LinkOversight! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including Easy AI Automation ($97/month), Complete Lead Growth System ($499 setup + $199/month), and Smart Website ($299 one-time). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services We provide automation systems to help your business save time and get more customers. Our services include:

• Easy AI Automation: Online bookings, review requests, message management, and mobile app access.

• Complete Lead Growth System: Custom lead page, automated follow-ups, AI chat responses, customer tracking, and missed call text back.

• Smart Website: One-page website with booking tools and AI chatbot. We use GoHighLevel (GHL) to deliver these services. You must provide accurate business information (e.g., logo, contact details) for setup.

2. Payments

• Easy AI Automation: $97/month, billed monthly via Stripe. Complies with GHL’s Minimum Advertised Price policy.

• Complete Lead Growth System: $499 one-time setup fee + $199/month, billed via Stripe after a free consultation.

• Smart Website: $299 one-time, billed via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize recurring payments for monthly subscriptions. If a payment fails, we may suspend services until resolved.

3. Cancellations

• Monthly subscriptions (Easy AI Automation, Complete Lead Growth System) can be canceled anytime with 30 days’ notice via email ([email protected]). No penalties apply.

• One-time services (Smart Website, setup fees) are non-cancelable once setup begins.

• We reserve the right to cancel services for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information for setup (e.g., social media accounts for message management).

• Maintain your own social media or business accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).

• Comply with applicable laws and not misuse our services (e.g., spamming customers).

• Notify us of issues within 7 days of setup completion.

5. Service Delivery

• Setup timelines: 3–5 days for Easy AI Automation, 7–10 days for Complete Lead Growth System, 4–6 days for Smart Website.

• Results (e.g., bookings, leads) depend on your business and market. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., number of leads).

• We may use third-party tools (e.g., GHL, Stripe) to deliver services.

6. Intellectual Property

• We own the automation systems and templates used in our services.

• You own your business content (e.g., logo, website text) provided to us.

• You grant us permission to use your content for setup and promotion (e.g., portfolio screenshots, with your consent).

7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) or issues beyond our control (e.g., GHL outages, your internet failure). Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. Services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond what’s required by law.

8. Termination We may terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. You’ll receive notice via email. Upon termination, you must pay any outstanding fees.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Los Angeles County, CA.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms and will notify you via email or our website. Continued use of services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
